Mission Statement

We exist as a church to Glorify God by making true and mature disciples of Jesus Christ through sound exegetical Biblical teaching and authentic God centered worship. Our highest goal is to edify and equip believers for service and evangelizing nonbelievers.

• We must glorify God...
  Our highest goal is that God's Glory be exalted in our entire ministry. We endeavor to show his glory through our actions, plans and programs. His firstness and greatness must be reflected in all, and in every, priority and ministry choice we make.
  
  1 Corinthians 10:31 Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
• We must disciple people toward maturity in Christ.
  We are instructed in God's Word to go into all the world and make disciples of Christ ( Matt. 28:19-20) Therefore, we are passionate about accomplishing this through evangelism, baptizing and teaching believers "all things" We believe that discipleship is not complete until we come to maturity in Christ, which is a daily and life long endeavor. This endeavor extends to all peoples, places and the uttermost part of the world.
  
  Matthew 28:19-20 "Go ye therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age" Amen.
• We must equip believers for service to Jesus Christ...
  It is crucial in keeping with our mission that we perfect and equip believers in our assembly for specific ministry opportunities. We must equip them for the work of discipleship through teaching, training, mentoring, deploying and enabling them in their spiritual walk.
  
  Ephesians 4:11-13 And he himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, till we all come to the unity of the faith and the knowledge of the son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ.
